    hi Chief
I would like to bring your attention to the malpractices being followed in wipro BPO, new Delhi.
    1. Here employees no more have the right to choose their relieving date if they wish to quit their job. The portal through which they resign, from april 2011, is not reflecting this option anymore.
HR says that employee has to approach ops & ops says that its given in your appointment letter. But they forget that its also written that if some one is not serving the entire notice period he has to pay in lieu of that. So now almost everyone has to serve the notice period & company is playing with their careers as no other company will wait for 60 days to get over for any one.
    2. people have been forced to come for the 6th day working without their consent, & if someone has opposed this, he has been harassed or have been shown the door.
Is there any way we can stop this bullying practice of forcing the employees to serve the notice period.

    regards
    Siddharth Singh
