It is very funny with this company(HR,Managers etc).I got place in 2007,but finally they called me on Mar 2008.And the very interesting part is that they laid off me on Mar 2009.

Reason:Recession.No future (projects) 4 the company.

Yeah i too agree with many of yours comments regarding HR behavior.It worse that they wont allow us to even go back to our cabin for taking up our things.They too come along with us a Hutch Dog.The worst part is they ask our ID cards at the end of the company entrance and says &quot;All the Best&quot;.

So the Keane should change its quote as &quot;Disabling your Futures&quot;. It is a worst company which could not withstand recession with many managers and HRs with few employees..Yeah they wont worry about employees contribution.They worry only about [Money].

On info for waiting peoples is that once you got selected through campus they will surely call u but don&#039;t waste ur time try for other companies also,else do your higher studies.

They wont even hear what the employees are saying but they will arrange so many meetings saying it for the welfare of the employees..Crazy concept..

Anyway i hope it is for good thing for me to be laid of from this company.

Now struggling to get job with 1 year exp..

Let us hope for the best and take rest as of now in this recession shadow.


NOTE:= We should have UNION like Government Sectors then only it will be better for employees.</description>

		<description>I started my career with Reliance Bpo, Navi Mumbai in 2003. Today is August 28, 2009. After serving relentlessly for 6 long years in different Bpo&#039;s I gained nothing but harassment at the hands of managements, an utter dismay, panicky, mental agony and in last but not the least an illegal, autocratic and an unceremoniously termination.

Today I want to share all those experiences I have had while working in different Bpo&#039;s. I just want to make you understand about the facts of working in Bpo industry so that you should stop taking Bpo&#039;s as your career before it goes too late for you to regret like me.

In these years I worked with Reliance (Navi Mumbai), Tech-Mahindra (Chandigarh), Quatrro and Salient (Gurgaon). 

Story of every Bpo is same. They are known for their irregularities, erring officials, irresponsible HRD, Exploitation of employees, Misconduct of Management, politics, Misuse of funds and lot more. There is no end!

I left Reliance because of its mismanagement and unlawful exploitation of employees. I don&#039;t know whether Mr. Anil Ambani is aware of the irregularities in his own organization or not. But the fact is what is happening in Reliance Bpo never reaches to him.

I joined Tech-Mahindra again a multinational company nothing changed. I received the same experience I had with Reliance. Since the water was flowing above my head I sued Tech-Mahindra and no doubts I won. 

Now it was Quatrro Raman Roy&#039;s company. The person who is known for bringing Bpo culture in our country and who claims and promises best employment and better infrastructure himself doesn&#039;t know what is going in his own company. Anyways I left Quatrro after I went through the same story.

My last employer is Salient Bpo, a company running under Avantha groups whose chairperson is Gautam Thapar. I can&#039;t even explain the malpractices being followed here. It has all time high immature staff including HRD, Admin, Operations and Transport. This company has been sued by more than 40 employees since July 2009 and I am one amongst them.

Today I am without job for the last three months. I regret that I started my career with Bpo&#039;s. I am nowhere today and I want all of you to well understand this now and here before it goes too late for you. I am facing trails due to this unlawful termination. My next hearing is pending before the labour and conciliation officer Circle IV  Gurgaon on 2nd Sep 2009.

I know its verdict, it will be in my favor but the time which has past will never come back.

Hopefully I have made all of you understood.</description>

I was not aware of BPO Union previously until I read in the metro now publication circulated along with the Times of India about Genpact atrocities to vintage employees. In my case, if you listen to it you will not be able to stop your self from laughing. I joined Genpact Jaipur around july-Aug 2006 as a fresher. They provided training for around 1 month. I was hired for Dell process. As soon as Genpact came to know that the Dell is not interested in their services anymore and planning to leave Genpact, the HR told me to quit the company immediately by writing a resignation letter and completing their internal exit survey or I will be forcefully terminated which would be very bad for my career as no other company would hire me. Scared of their tactical intentions, I wrote a hand written resignation and left immediately. Few months later I joined other company and Genpact came to know about it. They sent me court notices and the case is still going on in a Jaipur court. Most importantly other people who joined with me also left Genpact but there was no case registered against them. I was left alone to fight my own battle in court. Now they are following delaying tactics and getting dates extended from court. They are changing their lawyers and everything fearing that the court&#039;s decision might go against them.</description>
